Packaging

All paintings are shipped flat in protective packaging, unless specified otherwise. 

Paintings larger than 122 cm / 48 inches are shipped in a wooden crate. 

Delivery time
5-30 business days for standard registered postal service depending on final destination. 3-9 business days for DHL Express depending on final destination. We bear no responsibility for delays due to customs processing, adverse weather conditions, labour disputes and strikes, or other events or circumstances outside of our control.

Customs and import taxes are responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Service Providers We Use:
Malta Post for standard shipping by registered parcel service.
DHL for express service.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the date you received original artwork to let us know that you changed your mind. Please keep in mind that each original artwork is unique and shipping it back and forth can be potentially damaging to the materials it was made from. Unless the artwork is damaged in transit, please provide a valid reason for return. We can offer the following options: 

1. Store credit for the full purchase price, OR
2. A refund to your original payment method less 18% processing fees (calculated on the total purchase amount). 

3. You are responsible for return postage and for making sure that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received, along with all accompanying paperwork, including customs declarations, authenticity certificate, and the like. 
 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your artwork for another piece from the existing collection, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of your original purchased artwork. Each original artwork is unique and shipping it back and forth can be potentially damaging to the materials it was made from. If you wish to make an exchange, please provide valid reasoning.    
If the original artwork is damaged in transit, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it, subject to provision of images or video as proof of damages. Return shipments must be arranged through Yasa Art Studios, shipped in the original packaging, and accompanied with all certificates and paperwork that came with the order.

 

Currency
If your purchase currency is other than Euro, refunds are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing. Funds will be remitted in Euro.

Commissioned artwork, limited edition prints and frames are final sale and can not be refunded.

No returns for artwork that has been altered in any manner, cropped or stretched.

No returns after the 14-day period.
